   Fedex Account Number Registration Failure

Question 

I am trying to register my Fedex Account number from the Registration screen of the Fortune3 administrative site but I keep getting an "Invalid account nbr" message.

Answer 

This may be due to your Fedex account being a Freight Services account and not an Express account. Fedex Web Services only works with Express accounts. If you have a Freight Services account you will need to contact your Fedex representative, create an Express account and ask Fedex to associate the rates of your Freight account to the Express account. At this point you will be able to enter your Fedex account number and will be accepted by the Fortune3 administrative site.
